Integrative Tranquility
Not every massage is right for every person. Integrative Tranquility massage uses a variety of techniques to produce optimal results based on individual needs. When you schedule your appointment, we will discuss any trouble areas and what your goal is for your massage session.
60|90 minutes
Mini Tranquility - 30 minutes
Designed for our clients who are under 18 years old. Includes head, neck, shoulders, back and feet. Legal guardian must be in the room during the session.
Cupping Therapy
This ancient form of alternative medicine will help reduce pain and inflammation, increase blood flow, and increase relaxation. Increased blood supply to the muscles and skin bring nourishment and allow for improved lymph flow. Conditions of chronic and acute pain are relieved with minimal discomfort and tense muscles are softened quickly and easily.
30 minutes
A combination of gliding and stationary cupping techniques will be used in this stand-alone treatment. This is perfect for someone who needs quick relief, but only has a half hour time-frame.
Kinesiology Taping
Kinesiology tape is a special type of tape that's designed to mimic the skin's elasticity. When applied, the adhesive recoils slightly, gently lifting the skin. The space that is created between the skin and the tissues underneath it helps to reduce the chance of inflammation.
